8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to jurisdiction there

You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glow Med Spa (and its affiliates, employees, and agents) from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under South Carolina law, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any additional policies (e.g., Privacy Policy), constitute the complete agreement between you and Glow Med Spa regarding Site use.
